Agreement
By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you use TradeQuote for a business, you confirm you can accept them on its behalf.
Your account
Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity carried out under your account and for the accuracy of the information you enter.
Subscriptions
Free, Pro and Business plans are available. Paid plans renew automatically monthly or annually until cancelled, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
Acceptable use
Do not use TradeQuote unlawfully, attempt to break its security, or resell the service without written permission.
Your content
You own your quotes, customer records and documents. You grant us the limited licence needed to host and display them within the service.
Availability
We work hard to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance is kept to a minimum.
Liability
Quotes, prices and calculations produced by the app are estimates and must be reviewed by you. We are not liable for pricing decisions made using the service.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes are notified by email or in the app.
