TradeQuote is a quoting and job management platform for tradespeople. This policy explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
Account details (name, email), the business, customer, quote and job information you enter, and basic technical data such as device type and usage events needed to run the service.
How we use it
To provide the service, keep your account secure, send the emails you have enabled, process subscription payments and improve the product.
Sharing
We never sell your data. Information is shared only with the processors needed to run the service, such as our hosting, database and payment providers.
Your customers' data
You control the customer records you create. Quote portal links are private, expire and only show the information you choose to share.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data at any time from your account, or by contacting support.
Retention
Account data is kept while your account is active and for a short period afterwards so you can restore it, then deleted.
